While you\u2019re there, take the opportunity to verify the land title for the parcel and its <strong>cadastral identification number<\/strong> (NICAD) issued by the General Directorate of Taxes and Public Property (DGID). <\/p>\n\n<p>If you have to leave before the process is complete, this is also an opportunity to draw up a <strong>notarized power of attorney<\/strong>.
