The Safi\u00e9tou project, located in Yoff Biagui and rising six stories high, continues to take shape. In April 2026, the teams completed the ground floor and began construction on the first floor. Since then, progress has been steady; the structure is now complete, and the teams are working on the top floors. Take a look at how the project is coming along.

The structural work is complete<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This decisive milestone marks the completion of the building’s structural framework. The columns, beams, and slabs are now in place on all levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The basement was also lined. This waterproofing technique provides long-lasting protection for the underground levels and floors against water infiltration, which is essential for the structure\u2019s strength and durability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The construction project has thus moved on to the masonry and finishing phases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now that the structural work has been approved, the teams are focusing on the masonry for the last two floors of the building project. Work on the 5th and 6th floors\u2014which mark the top of the structure\u2014is underway, progressing steadily, floor by floor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
