Discovering the Siki Residence in Almadies
Four years after his first visit, Yoann Choin-Joubert discovered the SIKI residential complex. Inaugurated in June 2025, REALITES SENEGAL’s first off-plan development stands proudly in Almadies and is welcoming its first residents. This return marks a symbolic milestone. It highlights how far we’ve come and confirms the teams’ ability to bring an ambitious vision to life.
Field visits that strengthen a sense of community.
Over the course of two days, Yoann Choin-Joubert met with employees. He made a point of emphasizing that REALITES SENEGAL “is a Senegalese company dedicated to Senegal’s development.” The teams discussed the progress of upcoming programs and the next steps in the company’s development.
The days were filled with site visits. As a result, Mr. Choin-Joubert was able to visit the ongoing construction sites of the Maakan Oasis residential complex in Almadies and the Safiétou residential complex in Yoff Biagui.
A visit marked by meaningful exchanges that sets the group’s work in Senegal on a sustainable and structured path.
