Inauguration of the Siki Housing Complex: A New Lease on Life for Ngor-Almadies
This Sunday, June 1, the Ngor-Almadies neighborhood hostedthe grand opening of the Siki residential complex, designed by REALITES. It was a simple, local, and elegant event, much like the project itself.

Guests were welcomed with a sophisticated cocktail reception right in the heart of the residence. They had the opportunity to explore the common areas—the pool and gym—and the model apartment before taking their seats under the large, carefully decorated tent.


Among the distinguished guests, the mayor of Ngor, Mr. Magueye Ndiaye, praised the group’s professionalism and the local impact of the project, which is focused on regional marketing. Ms. Diop, chief of staff to the President of the Republic of Senegal, was also among the dignitaries in attendance. It was a highlight of the event, marked by the participation ofstakeholders committed to the development of Dakar.
A speech that reflects the group’s commitment
To kick off the evening, Amadou Dieng, CEO of RÉALITÉS SÉNÉGAL, recounted the history of the Siki project, launched in 2021. A project that has become a reality, true to a promise of quality. The residential complex pays tribute to Battling Siki, the first world boxing champion of African descent, a figure of courage and pride. More than just a name, he is a symbol. Siki embodies the group’s values: transparency, high standards, and dedication. He paid a heartfelt tribute to the construction crews, the true pillars of these high standards in their daily work. Amadou Dieng reiterated a key objective: to deliver more than 500 apartments in Dakar within the next 24 months.

During the evening, Sales Director Raïssa Gueye emphasized the urgent need to rethink housing in Dakar by incorporating comfort, sustainability, and innovation. She concluded on an inspiring note: “Together, let’s build a future we can be proud of.”
Five New Projects to Continue Building
After the comedy performance by the Niokhite troupe and before the closing show by singer Ashs the Best, everyone’s attention turned to the future.


REALITES has unveiled five new projects designed for families, young professionals, and businesses. This is a large-scale initiative featuring five residential complexes in strategic locations, each with its own unique identity:
- Douta Seck, at Point E,
- Salih, in Mermoz,
- Maasina, in downtown Dakar,
- Astyn, in Bourguiba,
- Awa Lena, at Sacré-Cœur 2.

Programs starting at 31 million CFA francs. These programs are part of the ongoing Siki project: “Made in Africa, for Africans, ” with a consistent goal—to offer quality housing at a fair price and with strong long-term value. REALITES thus reaffirms its vision and positioning: to shape a new face for Dakar, with boldness and responsibility.
