The REALITES territorial development group continues its international development with the creation of REALITES SENEGAL, its subsidiary of Project Management in Dakar, Senegal. This decision comes after the successful establishment in Casablanca of REALITES AFRIQUE, the Group’s continental holding company and its subsidiary, REALITES MOROCCO.
The choice of Senegal after a successful establishment in Morocco
“After our successes in Morocco since 2018 with more than 200,000 m² of developed floor space, Senegal represents a new stage in our international deployment in territories with high value creation potential. Our choice of Senegal is first of all the opportunity for Amadou DIENG to return home, after several years of collaboration in France. This led us to conduct a two-year opportunity study, after which we decided to open the subsidiary. Senegal is driven by strong economic prospects, a legal framework similar to that of France, a standardized banking system, and shared values of entrepreneurship and transparency.
